We use Twitter's public search APIs to collect anyone's twitter data. In certain instances, this API does not show any data. Twitter sometimes decides that a user is not using its platform according to its rules and in this instance it then decides not to show that user's results in searches, etc. This Twitter help article has information about this and this blog also highlights this issue.
Check if a search for your tweets that contain the hashtag #xxx on Twitter is currently bringing back any results - Put xxx in the "these hashtags" search box and put your twitter handle in the "from these accounts" box.
If the search doesn't bring up any results, then we suggest that you file a support enquiry using this form with Twitter and ask them why a search for activity in your account is not resulting in any results. Choose "something else" for the section "I'm reporting an issue with".
My tweets and retweets using a hashtag are not being counted Print
