If you've allowed players to join your scorebook directly via the Rise join button, they will be added to your scorebook under the excluded list of players.
Go to the Players menu in your Scorebook's dashboard, under excluded you will see the list of users. You can then include them. They will then appear in the next bulletin (and will be included in data collection processes).
