If your Unique Player Identifier is email address then you can send out emails to all players to invite them to join the scorebook.

This is found in the Settings section under  Invite Players.

You can customise the text that accompanies the invite message. You can only send the invite message once per player.

Once the invite is sent you can use this same screen to check whether players have signed in and subscribed.
