Data entries are the raw, unstructured data that a scorebook uses to generate bulletins. Bulletins are a permanent record and are not deleted while the scorebook has an active subscription.
An active subscription means either:
* the scorebook is being paid for
* an admin user has logged in to the scorebook within the last 3 months
Data entries are stored for 92 days. They are then automatically deleted.
The exception to this is if the data entries are for a metric with the score method set to "ignore period". In this case the data entries will be kept indefinitely for included players. If a player is excluded then their data entries are deleted in keeping with the 92 day rule.
