What is the difference between a provisional and final bulletin? Print

There are two different types of bulletin:

Provisional Bulletin

A bulletin that was generated before the score period to which it pertains has ended. It is provisional because there is still a chance for players to score.

Final Bulletin

A bulletin that was generated after the score period to which it pertains has ended. There is no longer any chance for players to score.
