What it does:
These data collectors collect data on blog posts & comments on blog posts. Blog platforms currently supported are WordPress, Blogger and Tumblr.
Requirements:
The users on your scorebook need to record their blog url on their rise.global profile and go through the verification process which checks their ownership of the blog by asking them to insert a short verification code on one of their current blog posts.
Data Entries Generated:
For the Blog Post collector, a data entry value of 1 is given to each blog post, time recorded to the time of the blog post, score entry description is set to the post subject/headline.
For the Blog Comments collector, a data entry value of 1 is given to each comment received on a blog post, time recorded to the time of the blog comment, data entry description is set to the comment's text at the top of the comment
